Centre for Scientific Analysis of Antique Artifacts (CSAAA)
The center engages in the interdisciplinary studies of antique artifacts using scientific methods, techniques and tools. Through collaborations with collectors, curators, and archeologists, in Hong Kong and in the Mainland, various projects on the development and application of mainly nondestructive techniques to the authentications and provenance of porcelain, jade, bronze and gold items have been carried out.
